Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern, you will collaborate with our co-founders to help develop marketing campaigns for fivefoottwo. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

  • Perform market analysis and research on competition

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)

  • Prepare promotional presentations

  • Help distribute marketing materials

  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

  • Help organize marketing events


Project Management Intern

As a Project Management Intern, you will work with the fivefoottwo account management team to ensure all client projects are organized and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to ensure projects run on time and budget

  • Follow-up with Collective team members on task status

  • Set up client projects in Asana using our expert systems

  • Help manage time tracking entering projects and pulling reports in Clockify

  • Maintain and regularly update client folders in Google Drive


Fierce Founders Intern

The mission of Fierce Founders is to support and accelerate the growth of women in the early stages of entrepreneurship, developing products or services that serve humanity on an elevated level. As a Fierce Founders Intern, you will assist in all administrative activities and will gain insight into the broad range of tasks that support the management of a small non-profit organization.

Responsibilities

  • Research corporate and private giving prospects

  • Support grant writing efforts, including the potential to draft and submit a grant request

  • Manage communications with Fierce Founders via Slack group and email

  • Assist with events and marketing activities

  • Maintain calendar, Notion board and Google Drive


Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies across our client base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy

  • Define the most important social media KPIs

  • Manage and oversee social media content

  • Measure the success of every social media campaign

  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer

  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media


Production Designer

As a Marketing Production Designer, you will work on the day-to-day production of marketing and promotional materials across our client base.

Responsibilities

  • Design web assets including but not limited to blogs, landing pages and web promotions

  • Design and implement standalone email promotions and email newsletters

  • Design social profiles and social assets across multiple platforms

  • Design and produce event materials, both digital and print, including signage, brochures, and web pages

  • Work within client branding guidelines

  • Assist in the development of client brands including color palettes, fonts and logos

  • Design illustrations, charts, infographics, ebooks, etc.


Content Writer

As a Marketing Content Writer, you will deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to many audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness across our client base.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client’s products/services, audience and marketing channels and ensure consistency across all content

  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

  • Write clear marketing copy to promote client products/services

  • Write, proofread and edit blog posts before publication

  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

  • Write content for a variety of social media channels

  • Write content for ebooks, blogs, email, web, case studies, etc.


Graphic Designer

In this role, a Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing a variety of creative assets for marketing campaigns including but not limited to: website/landing page design, digital media (ads, social graphics), sales materials, e-mail headers, banners, etc.

ResponsibilitIes

  • Translate marketing objectives in conjunction with the clients founder into clear creative strategies

  • Ensure that creative output is consistent with the company’s brand and image

  • Create the email marketing campaigns consistent with the marketing strategies 

  • Create Instagram/ facebook campaigns

  • Create digital ads for 

  • Create other creative marketing tools as required

  • Self-manage to ensure projects are done on a timely basis


Brand Designer

As a Brand Designer you will be responsible for designing brand assets across multiple clients. We’re looking for someone who is a strong conceptual thinker that can start a project off from an incredibly strong position and come up with surprising, cool concepts to move forward with.

ResponsibilitIes

  • Developing mood boards for photography and illustration styles

  • Designing icon sets and infographic systems

  • Refining color palettes and visual design elements

  • Creating mock ups of the brand systems in various formats across print and digital

  • Laying out brand guidelines, creating templates, etc.


Video Producer

As a Video Producer you will support marketing strategies with brilliant video production including brand videos (sizzle), demo video (product), testimonial videos and more.

ResponsibilitIes

  • Shooting, producing and editing high volumes of video content for short form social ads, live action / talking heads, motion graphics, etc.

  • Assisting with planning, editing, organizing and archiving footage

  • Working hand in hand with design, marketing, and copy teams to produce engaging content for paid media channels

  • Editing content in conjunction with brand guidelines and standards


Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager you will be an integral part of the fivefoottwo team as you will be responsible for managing everything related to each account assigned to you. Experience working at or with startups is a must.

ResponsibilitIes

  • Oversee client business with a marketing mindset for the execution of brand development, GTM strategy and all campaign execution including email marketing, paid social, SEM campaigns and eCommerce functions.

  • Establish goals and KPIs and monitor analytics and performance for email, social media, and web traffic

  • Manage digital media campaigns

  • Work with the founders and all teams (Social Media, Editorial, Digital Marketing teams) to accomplish all set objectives
