  • Fivefoottwo will conduct a week of discovery to establish all needed information for building out an effective marketing strategy and rollout plan. We will spend approximately a week and a half to build out a strategy deck and marketing plan.Item description

  • At Fivefoottwo, we have a proprietary branding exercise designed for startups. We work collaboratively through four phases: Discovery, Moodboards, Logo Design, Visual ID over 6-8 weeks depending on availability of the founders.

  • At Fivefoottwo, we have a proprietary positioning and messaging exercise designed for startups. Founders can quickly and easily provide information to the team via survey which then informs further exercises and working sessions leading to a finalized branding and positioning document. We will be streamlining our process by using documentation and exercises previously completed by the Range team. The process takes approximately 4 weeks depending on availability of the founders.

  • Our approach to growth marketing for early-stage startups will establish a solid multi-channel strategy and plan that covers all funnel stages (TOFU, MOFO and BOFU). In order to achieve this, your dedicated team will evaluate your current programs and recommend additional channels in order to meet monthly growth goals.

  • Our approach to demand generation consists of two phases:

    1. Establish a solid multi-channel demand generation plan the covers all funnel stages (TOFU, MOFO and BOFU). In order to achieve this, we will evaluate your current programs and recommend additional channels in order to meet monthly lead generation goals and drive leads to close.

    2. Develop a comprehensive lead management recommendation and ensure all marketing activities are tracked across the entire SponsorUnited MarTech stack (includes marketing technology recommendation).

  • At Fivefootwo, we believe that a comprehensive training plan is critical to the success of your current and future marketing organization. Our customized program focuses on the needs of your team and give them the tools and resource that they need to excel in their positions.

  • At Fivefootwo Marketing, we believe in choosing a hiring strategy that works the best for your team. We offer an 8-week program where we recruit, interview and deliver one "offer-ready" candidate. We will create a job description and push through a recommended set of job posting sites as well as tap into our Fivefoottwo network of candidates and community groups. We will review all submitted resumes, screen key candidates, and manage tests for one potential candidate.

  • Fivefoottwo will serve as your part-time CMO developing and directing your marketing strategy as well as overseeing both in house and outsourced marketing teams. We will provide the services necessary to manage, lead, and deliver marketing ROI. We will work as a cohesive part of your team to:

    • Manage and organize the day-to-day function of the marketing team, and manage the team’s long-term ambitions.

    • Oversee all marketing campaigns and activities, review reports and make recommendations for optimizations
